What the documents commit to
- No training on your data.Input and Output are never used to train a Model without the Customer's written consent.
- Deleted by default.Input and Output are deleted thirty (30) days to be confirmed after each request, with zero retention on request.
- Military use only under contract.Banned unless a Defence Contract Addendum is signed, and some uses stay forbidden even then.
- Decisions about people are reviewed.Hiring, credit, housing, insurance, education, benefits, law enforcement and health need a qualified person before a decision takes effect.
- Notice before change.At least thirty (30) days' notice of a material change to the Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum, except a change required by law or urgently needed for safety or security.
- Breach notice within 72 hours.Customers hear of a Personal Data Breach affecting their data within seventy-two (72) hours.
